"Room and bed were great in the Presidential suite. Room service was difficult and adequate at best but the staff and cleaning services were excellent. I stayed here twice and will do so each time I visit Trinity Medical School"

"The balcony on the ocean, water views, the excellent room service and restaurant, and respectful and personalized butler services always make the Mandarin Orientals a step above the rest of the 5-star hotels. And this massage and 2hr skin, facial, and hand and feet treatments were spectacular here, listening to the waves, cooling A/C and tranquil music = pure ecstasy."

Entire property was clean/ well maintained. Food options and quality were exquisite and delicious. I can go on and on talking about this property but in a nutshell- a MUST experience."
