"Upon my stay , there was Food under the couches, Sperm Stains on the bed and couch. Trash was not picked up , Toilet seat was pealing and there hot water was never hot.. Always cold Also I didn't check into my room until 15-20 minutes later due to the Host having cleaning issues"

"Kitchen was fully stocked, but I was disappointed that the grocery store was closed nearby, which was not accurate in the description. It would have been nice to get more than one roll of toilet paper for the week and not have buy our own.Todd was very nice and easy to communicate with."

"House was clean and very spacious. The property hosts were very nice and even let us check in about an hour early as we were ahead of schedule driving in. Only issue was the lack of adequate cleaning supplies or toiletries. I seem to remember only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, which we ran through in one day with our bigger group. We also completely ran out of kitchen cleaning supplies (paper towels, soap, detergent, trash bags) pretty quickly. The main deck area was very nice and so comfortable to hang out on, but the bottom deck seemed a little dirty and run down at check in, although not a big deal. Path to the beach is very overgrown but still walkable, never saw anything that one might cut their foot on. There's a family of kitties that live within the grassy dunes, so that was fun to watch them run around from the deck. Overall, we had a wonderful week and loved the location. "
