"A very comfortable, welcoming house. Lucy does an amazing job. Our second time staying here. Definitely will again!"

"The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful."

"Great location."

"This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!"

"The room was great, the red head with glasses at the desk was terrible though."

"Well maintained, clean and quiet place to stay. Smooth check in/out. Would stay there again."

"Property worked perfectly for our group. Large kitchen and counter space, dining room table for meals, large gathering areas, comfortable beds, the garage was appreciated. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and the fairgrounds. Highly recommended!"

"Home was great and as described. Clean and very close to many restaurants and places we needed to be."

"Perfect stay for a Fall girls’ weekend. Bike trails, calm waters, clear night skies and campfires included. Shopping and restaurants are a quick drive. "

"Location was great"

"The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!"

"Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! "
