"The reception hard to get a hold of at times. We were charged again for 1st night deposit as they said they did not receive payment from expedia. Room was very old dusty in parts, had to clean aircons as did not do well, fridge was not working properly so waited 2 days for new one. Cold water tap in bathroom not working only dripple water out and make a screeching sound. Sliding doors on room and bathtoom kept coming off and tiles cracked. Stove plates all rusted and server stains on...

"Clean room. Very friendly staff. Loved the pool, cafe & rooftop bar. Would stay again. Highly recommend the Zen."

"Great location so close to the waterfront and restaurants etc"

"We had a huge, clean apartment with a lovely view. Rainbow lorakeets in the trees in front of our balcony. Up the hill and a few streets back from the water front so nice and quiet. If you are a walker as we are, it's a perfect location. Only a 10 minute walk to the water and lots to offer around the complex as well. I would stay here again if in Darwin."
