Sea Mint is a two-bedroom, two-bath beach house located 0.7 miles north of Garden City Pier in the second row community, Sunset Square. Public beach access is across the street from this community. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioner, and ceiling fans throughout. Three TVs and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds, plus a sofa bed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
