  • LOCATION, PRIVATE POOL, SHORT WALK TO THE OCEAN WITH DIRECT BEACH ACCESS-this beautiful five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath beach house has it all. Located just north of the Garden City Pier in Garden City, SC

    Large enough to accommodate 16 guests and within a half a block walking distance to the beach; this home is sure to be a BIG HIT with family and guests.

    Featuring Two Master Suites: One on the first floor and One on the second, this duplex has got your sleeping arrangements covered.

    Sleeping accommodations include; Two kings, Two queens, One full, and Three bunk beds.

    This home also features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with hard surface counters and stainless-steel appliances including: Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher.

    The unit also includes a washer, dryer, central heat and air, six color TVs, cable, and free Wi-Fi.

    Ocean views can be seen from the top deck only, so if your paying that’s where you should be staying!

    Outdoor amenities feature; Two furnished porches, Large sundeck, and a Private 16-by-8-foot swimming pool with furniture in the pool area.

    Ample parking is also provided (some covered).

    No smoking please.

    Other attractions include: Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Property match the images on the website, management "Ryan" was awesome!! I had two minor issues in both replies, his response were I'll take care of it ASAP and he did. Recommend this property to anyone who's looking for quality and a great location.

Amazing experience!

Had our annual family vacation at Ryan’s house for the first time. And we hope to be back next year! The location is perfect! About a 2 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us (16). Ryan was very quick to answer all questions, great host. Thanks again Ryan! See you next year!

NOT MAINTAINED COLLEGE KID PARTY HOUSE NOT FOR FAMILIES

Upon our arrival with family to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary after driving 9 hours we came into a house that had not been cleaned the tables coffee tables in living room were dirty and had not been cleaned. The floors looked to just be vacuumed and there was not that clean smell you get when renting a residence and paying a huge cleaning fee. There was minimal towels for a 5 bedroom rental and bathrooms had no hand towels or bath mats so water would get out and you would have to put a towel down. The hand soaps had water in them to to stretch use out and in each shower the liners were old moldy and gross like they had not been changed in a long time. One of the rooms with two queens in it smelled and one of the beds was stripped. We found at the foot of the bed that was stripped a huge soaked spot with urine. All the other bedding looked and felt to not be washed especially the comforters. When we contacted the owner immediately he said the cleaning service would not be out until the next day so we had 3 adults sleeping on the couches and two in a full or double bed. Then the first night we noticed one of the rooms blinds were stuck half way up so the sun would come we tried to fix but did not want to break blinds when they would not untangle. The next day we let the owner know this via text messages and he was rude even told us we needed to tell the cleaning service what was wrong instead of him relaying our concerns to his service company. I told him we would be at the beach and in and out because we were on vacation and his response was to stop messaging him and write it down for the cleaning service. So we happened to be there when the lady came to clean she heard our concerns and told us the bedding had been soiled in that room we stated we did not want to use that bedding and told her about the shower liners, bath mats, and bedding. She purchased and replaced that stuff but informed us they only clean the comforters every couple stays and also told us the last guests left the house trashed hence why it didn't seem clean. She then cleaned the urine but by hand instead of using a carpet cleaner and it smelled like chemicals in the room and a mildewy smell from a soaked area drying for the next day and a half and no one wanted to sleep in there due to it. She also fixed the blinds and shortly after i received a message from owner stating that she fixed the blinds in 30 seconds and awe were just complaining to complain.

Awesome Stay

We had a group of 17 family stay, celebrating our Mom's 85th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone! Property was clean, location very good , adequate parking and beach not many steps away. We rented 2 golf carts to get around short distances. Be prepared to deal with steps leading into property. It was a little challenging for my Mom, but she just took her time. Management responded timely to a couple of questions. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location!!!

Excellent location, 1/2 a block from beach so very convenient to go back and forth to the beach. Property could use some renovations as well as the pool but overall a great place for a beach vacation!!!

Comfortable, spacious beach house!

This is a great house for families to share. With 5 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths, everyone has room to be comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. The living area is set up well for family interaction. The host is very responsive to emails and quickly answered our questions. The area is getting built up in spots, but still much less busy than Myrtle Beach. Note for older people: the entries to the house require climbing stairs. We would definitely rent this property again.

Garden City Beach

Overall clean except for the floors downstairs, which were sticky and dirty. Issue rectified by communicating w/ property owner, who sent someone out to take care of the issue. Plenty of linens, towels, kitchen pots/pans, etc. Proximity to the beach good- 1/2 block, easy walk. Would have preferred quieter but understand not in our control. Overall enjoyable week.

Perfect golf trip house

I booked this house for myself and friends during a golf trip. The property was a block from the beach when— perfect for a morning walk. Conveniently located around courses and restaurants. Property was in great shape. What you see is what you get!

A little taste of Heaven On Earth

I want everyone who read this to know , that this house is beautiful clean peaceful and welcoming! The truth is my twin brother had a different place in mind before but my son found this place instead and my sister and I loved it , the walk to the beach is truly less than 3 mins my twin was blown away he loved it he was thanking my son for finding this house my husband and brother in laws loved it too .The rooms are perfect and every room has a story of their very own ,unfortunately my two sons couldn’t make it ,but every time I missed them I went into the kids room and remind myself that one day they will see this beautiful safe haven with our family. We truly love the peace and tranquility at the house and the neighborhood ,very friendly and safe as a matter of fact this is now going to be our vacation spot .The pool the outdoor relaxation the privacy we had was truly a blessing we even met the pool guy who came to clean very pleasant and and doing a 👏 job taking care of the pool. Last but not least own private decks there were 3 separate decks to hang out on private our together with family 🥰 loved it ,in the kitchen my husband felt at home he is the cook , it had everything he needed and more my sister was amazed! .Did I forget to mention that you get a peek of the ocean on one of the decks ! Enough said! Book now! And write ✍️ a story of your very own and experience your taste of heaven here on earth 🌍! Stay safe and blessed! One love ❤️

Awesome Getaway

Renting this property was very easy. I took my Mom and friends for a girls getaway.. Communication with the owner was quick and professional. This rental home is in a great location, we felt safe and it's very clean. I would definitely recommend this property and looking forward to renting again.
