This oceanfront unit is on the tenth floor of One Ocean Place, one of the most prestigious condominium properties on the Grand Strand. Luxury space inside, sweeping floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow you to enjoy the view from a living room full of comfortable furniture. Outside is your oversize balcony, where you can enjoy coffee and cocktails to begin and end every vacation day. Accommodating 6 guests, this condo provides plenty of space for the whole family or two couples.

All linen laundering, toiletries, dishwasher & laundry detergents, and Condo cleaning charges are included in your weekly Condo Fee! Does not apply to rentals of greater than one week.

Upon arrival you will find ample parking as gated entry and Security Guard ensure that spots are occupied by owners or guests (parking pass provided). After unloading your baggage onto one of several luggage carts, dual elevators in the north tower whisk you to the tenth floor. As you enter unit 1002 you will find made beds (linens provided) with soap, paper towels and trash bags on hand.

Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 50 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are about a mile south from One Ocean Place. The Conch Cafe is adjacent to the complex. The newly built Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars, grocery and souvenir shopping are nearby. Excellent dining at the restaurants on the Marsh Walk are just a few minutes South in Murrells Inlet. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's a bit further minutes south of the Marsh Walk.

The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.

There are two (2) parking places per unit at One Ocean Place. No additional parking tags are available. Trailers and golf carts are not permitted at One Ocean Place.

Pets are not permitted. HOA rules prohibit guests from bringing pets.

If you find beach chairs or other beach items at the condo, you are welcome to use them. We ask you to clean them & return to their storage place. However, you can rent many beach items, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. at https://vacationgear.com/rent/ .
