"We absolutely loved staying here, it was perfect. Everything you need is there and the house is warm & cozy. "

"We got an email, I assume auto generated, with info to stay in the cabin. We got there and the door was unlocked but upon entering We found dirty towels, old coffee cups and spills, a used shower/bathroom etc. We tried texting and calling the provided number with no response. After 1.5 hours we found somewhere else to stay for the night. Which were lucky we found based on how many options were full. Very frustrating as there are not many options locally."

"I rented a camper from them and they called to tell me it was already booked and said they could put us in another camper , which I agreed on. And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer.. "I had rented the stargaze tent when I got there the tent was not ready, and I was told that they were not even supposed to rent those at that time. I had to stand outside for over an hour while I waited for them to find me a different cabin. Finally, they did. The cleaning lady said they had double booked everything, but she took care of me and put me in a different cabin and then I had a nice experience for the rest of my stay."
