"Great central location in Murcia near sights, restaurants and shops. Room was quiet apart from a few hotel renovations which were kept to a few periods of the day when most guest were out. Staff were excellent - very helpful in managing my daughter’s allergies and allowing us to check in early and store bags post check in. Room was compact but had all amenities we needed including a kettle and mini fridge. Only slight downside was very occasional mild smells in room coming from somewhere (cigarette smoke and cooking smells) but this was rectified by using the air con. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Outstanding location and very comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Balcony was a nice touch. The swimming pool however only had the sun for a few hours due to the design of the apartment."

"Staff were always very helpful during our 2 day stay. The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and flavour. The only issue we had was the noisy conversation from the room next to us on the 6th floor. This was not the fault of the hotel. Will stay again"

"The property is well placed, close to the river and the ancient city. The staff are lovely and helpful and the property is very clean. The decor is a little faded but everything is in working order. Breakfast is served in the hotel opposite and is very good. I would definitely book again."

"Very pretty hotel on the inside. The front desk attendant was very kind as i attempted to check us in with my broken Spanish. All of the amenities were great, but parking wasn't easily found (that might have been something he hadn't mentioned due to my lack of ability to converse.) Breakfast was great, and the location was great for passing through, though not very close to the city center attractions."
