"The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is because approximately half of the rooms were without A/C during our stay. Unfortunately, the first night we did not have A/C due to the major storms affecting Illinois and Indiana, which was completely out of the hotel’s control. Our room reached about 86 degrees, but the staff did their best to make us comfortable and brought us three fans for the night. The following day, once a guest checked out of a room with working A/C, the staff moved us to that room. Despite the circumstances, I really appreciated how accommodating and helpful the staff was. They worked with us to find a solution rather than leaving us to deal with the heat. Overall, the situation was frustrating, but the hotel staff handled it as well as they could given the circumstances. I would absolutely stay here again."
