This hotel is very nice.

The staff will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner and the breakfast buffet had everything you could want and was kept fresh and fully stocked throughout breakfast hours. The biggest surprise was the gorgeous park across the street which looked like a fairytale with swans swimming on the lake and beautiful trails for running or walking. Wanted to go to Amsterdam, but it was way too expensive to stay that weekend. We were in the apartments of the hotel, which had a nice large floorplan, kitchen with the essentials, and was quiet. The bed sunk in in the middle and was curved up at the edges, so it was a bit uncomfortable, but manageable. The train was about a 10min walk, BUT if you don't have 11 euro on coins you can't get a ticket. The ticket machines don't take bills at that station, nor does it take Visa or MasterCard. Our...

Perfect stay before or after a flight. Quit and nice and clean room. Great breakfast buffet!

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.

Top notch in all areas of a stay in Amsterdam. Had a corner room with glass on both walls. Just a great feel and elegance to stay. Would have given 6 stars if an option. Can walk to Musueum district. Loads of bike paths. Breakfast buffet quality is a whole new level. Like being between airport and city center.

The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room had a beautiful canal view. Walking distance to restaurants, museums. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We arrived really early from the States to check in at hotel but check in isn’t until 3 pm? The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get to our room asap.Young lady running the restaurant was equally helpful? We initially arrived to early to check in she allowed us access to restaurant for beverages and breakfast which was over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome experience in customer service and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

We were there overnight. A very short drive out of town. The hotel is lovely. Staff were friendly, room was much bigger and more comfortable than what's available in town for the same price. Definitely worth it if you have a car. Not much in the neighborhood; in the summer I am sure the green areas would be beautiful, but it was winter so they were a bit grey and rainy (well, it's the Netherlands!).

I will only stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The location is ideal - quieter street but walkable to everything. The amenities are everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff is out of this world - energetic, professional and helpful.
