"Everything about my stay was top tier, from the check in to check out process. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Location was very convenient for surrounding areas and transport. Facilities were great, always clean & maintained. Breakfast was a lovely add on , great selection. After checking out @ 11am - the staff kindly allowed me to keep my bags in storage , as well as use amenities an even complimentary drinks and snacks until 6pm. I could not recommend enough !!"

"Wonderful hotel! The location and staff were fantastic. Vic's Bar had delicious food and drinks. The hotel had a sophisticated and upscale atmosphere while being friendly and convenient. The canal view room was stellar. The only thing that was less than ideal for us was the very firm, low bed. However, that may not be an inconvenience for other people. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"The hotel is amazing, the staff super helpful, but the location is a 10-15-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station, so if you're carrying your luggage, it's not easy."

"This was the perfect spot to explore the city. On a quiet street but near the centraal train station. Lots of food options within a moment’s walk. Highly recommend. "

"The hotel is 5min walk from Centraal, so perfect for jumping on the trams. There is also a subway entrance steps from the front of the hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. They gave recommendations and were very informative. The room was huge! It was so clean and smelled fresh not overly scented. The bed is on the harder side but still comfy. The closet space was superior. They do have AC, so perfect option for summer months. "

"The room was on the small side especially the bathroom. There was no coffee making facility in the room and as a guest when you coffee making facility in the reception you need to pay even if all you need is jot water. "
