"A bit older, mostly because no AC but it is being installed apparently. Room was older but clean. The view from the balcony was stunning. Great location for visiting places as Interlaken, Thun and others are all less than 30 minutes away. We never used the restaurant but it was always busy. I would highly recommend a stay here."

"Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. "Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"
