"The water pump broke down on our second night. Wife was caught in the shower with soap and there waa no water for about 1.5 hours, even after saying that the pump was restarted and water would be up in 30 mins. The only thing that marred a perfect stay."

"Room is very tidy and spacious for two. I particularly like the wardrobe is inside the bathroom area. View is very nice can see a part of the port. Gym has limited equipments such as the cable machine and dumbbells up to 25kg. Lots of treadmills to do cardio. Staff is very nice. Breakfast menu is okay. There is a variety of food but it becomes dull eating the same things every morning. Overall will recommend this place for stay."

"5 Stars. Family Orientated Hotel. Attention to details is impeccable. Housekeeping automatically added in an Extra Bed, Comforter, Pillow without the need to ask. Nice Infinity Pool and Game Room. Deluxe Room with Partitioned Living and Breathtaking View of Teluk Bahang was priceless. Overall, super satisfied."
