"Clean room, great made-to-order breakfast and very helpful and attentive staff. We had a few issues during out stay in Inverness with our tour being cancelled, and the hotel staff was amazing in helping us figure out a way around it and providing tips."

The only feedback I have is the shower over the bath could be difficult for an older person to safely get in and out of and check in times are not always convenient for weary travellers..when we arrived at 3.40pm after travelling from Northumberland and absolutely needing the bathroom, the hosts made us wait 20 minutes before opening the door."

The man working at the front desk was unhelpful and came off as quite rude right from check-in. Things didn't get much better once we got to the room. The beds were really uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved, making it hard to get any decent sleep. On top of that, there is a bright green light in the room that stays on all night and can't be turned off. The walls are also paper-thin, so you hear...
"We enjoyed the Cawdor House. Absolutely lovely. It was my 60th birthday and Manuela went above and beyond helping my husband plan a wonderful stay. Beautiful flowers and mimosas for my birthday breakfast. She and her staff made our stay so comfortable and special. The rooms and dining room were beautiful. Delicious breakfast!!"
