"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "Obviously a Ski Hotel, which operates in a little reduced mode during the summer. Not to detract from the hotel which is excellent - but the rooms are set up for heating (but not air-con) which was not an issue in our case - but could be in a big heatwave!"
