This thoughtfully styled studio cottage combines classic country character with contemporary touches, creating a comfortable base for couples exploring Mudgee. The living area offers a cosy place to settle in between adventures, with a comfortable sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, and split-system air conditioning.

Well stocked for simple meals at home, the compact kitchen comes with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. A breakfast bar with stools offers a casual spot to eat in, though with Mudgee's bustling dining scene just a ten-minute stroll away, eating out is hard to resist. Outside, the brick-paved courtyard extends the living space with an outdoor dining setting beneath festoon lights, a gas BBQ, and a fire pit for cooler evenings beneath the starlit sky.

Tucked within the open-plan layout, the sleeping area is anchored by a queen bed dressed in quality linen. Please note the sleeping area flows directly from the living space with no dividing door. The compact monochrome bathroom is well-appointed with twin ceiling-mounted rainfall showers and all the essentials. An external laundry accessed from the front verandah includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and drying rack for longer stays.

The cottage is part of Claret on Douro, a collection of three one-bedroom cottages that can be booked together for friends or small groups visiting Mudgee. One dedicated parking space is included, with the driveway shared between the three cottages. Please note the property sits near the main road, and some traffic noise may be heard during your stay.
