"The so-called airport shuttle involves the hotel giving you the phone number of a private taxi who you need to then arrange your own ride to for 45 euros each way for a 15 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. So add 90 euros to your cost for their hotel shuttle. Also, their so-called 2-bedroom apartment is two regular rooms with a connecting door, not an actual 2-bedroom apartment. Basically another exaggeration. These were the two main reasons I booked this hotel and feel like I got...

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"Very nice hotel close to the Therme. The hotel aslo assisted with discounted entry passes for the San Pellegrino Therme up the road which is much appreciated. The rooms are in a very good condition and the breakfast served is good. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. "

"We had a wonderful stay for one night. It was easy to find and we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant before settling in for the night. The room was clean and quiet, the shower hot and the beds very comfy. The staff were very nice and helpful too, with a delicious breakfast in the morning (great cappuccino!). Highly recommend."
