"Our experience was decent. Food was good and the beach was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit management needs improvement as the resort was lacking in amenities that should be offered at a 4+ star level. For a “luxury resort” we expect basic room amenities like body lotion and conditioner, both of which were absent. This is not typical in our past Grecotel experiences. "We travel to Patras, from Nevada, USA, every year to head on the ferry to Kephalonia! This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in Greece! Staff phenomenal! So clean, friendly and helpful! Onsite parking, bellman for luggage and they will even park your car! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was excellent and the rooftop turns into a bar restaurant at night and the food was superb!
