"We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing.
From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered,...
"Exceeded our expeditions! Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, and excellent location! Fabulous amenities and a dedicated staff! We can’t wait to come back’"
"Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"
