I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

The bed was large, but it consisted of two mattresses joined together, with a noticeable gap in the middle that made it uncomfortable.
