"The room and washroom was so clean and tidy, make me feel comfortable like home. I gotta give the night crew a big shout out. At almost 1am, we were trying to sleep but the next door ppl were talking so loud and blasting music. I called the front desk for help and right away they involved and we could sleep quietly. Thank you!"

"We didn’t know that this was a college dorm rooms that were being used as hotel. Very unhappy with the pictures online and what we actually got."

"The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. We only spent 1 night, but in that time we saw the cleaning staff working very hard taking care of the pool area and hallways, so we felt very comfortable using the facilities knowing they were taken care of. Traveling with my husband and son, we booked a suite with a king bed and pull out couch. The mattress on the pull out was so terrible, so I wished we had booked a 2 queen room instead, but my son didn't end up minding the springy pull out...
