"Super friendly staff. Clean & well maintained rooms, although our double room had 2 single beds which wasn’t ideal. Great location, short walk to seafront and loads of great restaurants & bars. Pool area looked nice and was very clean. We were exploring the island with our hire car so used the hotel just as a base to sleep in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good."

"Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend. Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. "

"We had a good stay overall, with a few things worth noting. The staff were excellent. Petros handled a leak in our room brilliantly and upgraded us to a suite while it was fixed. The bar staff were also very attentive and friendly. The main downside was the spa setup. For a hotel marketed as a 5* hotel and spa, it was disappointing that all facilities come at an extra cost. The sauna and jacuzzi require a private booking (30 minutes, €25–30 per person). The jacuzzi was also only lukewarm and only seemed to heat up towards the end, which goes very quickly. It was also a shame the indoor spa pool was closed. I understand this is no longer advertised, but it would have made a big difference, especially in bad weather. That said, the massages were excellent and worth the €50–60 per person. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The older side shows wear, with stains on couches and cushions, but the beds were comfortable and housekeeping was great. The suite was lovely. I would recommend paying extra for newer rooms in the spa building. Breakfast had nice touches like local honey, also given as a check-out gift, but vegetarian options were limited. Indoor seating can be tight in colder months. Overall, great service but not quite a 5* spa experience."

"Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!"

"Rooms are like Villas, bathroom, living room kitchen/dining area, then bedroom and large patio, all fantastic. Location was actually on the beach, could not be closer Shopping was a 2 mins walk to the main street with an abundance of restaurants. Free buffet Breakfast was good, and had poolside snacks and dinner here also because the food was so good. Our shower drain did not drain properly, that was my only complaint. All the staff seemed friendly but there was 1 guy in particular at the front desk that was exceptional, he was a local Greek guy, by the name of Kostas, who really took the time to make you feel welcome and took the time to write down all the best little places to go. Great worker and nothing was a bother to him. I would have this guy work for me anywhere."

"The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Always with a smile and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The rooms, pool, breakfast areas are spotlessly clean with excellent accommodating cleaners. Everything within easy walking distance. A really lovely vacation."
