"This was our absolute favourite of the ten places we stayed on our South Island road trip. Our room was fabulous with a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and living area/kitchenette. We had a large balcony with loungers, a table and chairs and a beautiful view plus an indoor/outdoor jet tub. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary use of the pools, hot tubs, steam room and sauna. The staff was lovely and the breakfast buffet was top notch."

"The room was clean, the breakfast muffins were delicious. I also took advantage of the free eggs from the owners’ chickens. The gardens were beautiful, tranquil and had plenty of seating areas. It’s an easy drive to the Abel Tasman trail and Motueka (where we went most evenings for dinner). This place is very comfortable and the owners make you feel at home. You can also pretty much see the Milky Way on a dark night. Walls are a bit thin and breakfast in the mornings are busy. It has a quirky charm."

"Fabulous large spotlessly clean room with amazing views over the mountains. Easy to park and a short walk into town for restaurants and there is also a local park almost opposite which is nice for a short walk. "
