"Nice house and great host"

"The room was beautiful and quite large size and everything was new however there is no hook to hang your clothes as they lock the wardrobe. It has small heater and 1 thin duvet which is not enough to warm the room during winter. I have to move out after 1 hour check in as it’s very cold and don’t think I would able to sleep. On top of that the owner lives upstairs and you could literally hear lots of noise and sounds like someone dragging luggage backwards and forwards. And you could hear next...

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent—close to everything you need in Taupō. However, the property could really benefit from some upgrades. The furniture feels quite dated, the bed was not comfortable at all, and the sofa couch and carpet were not up to the standard shown in the photos. "Lovely and clean, big spaces, great communication, easy check in, well equipped kitchen, warm, quiet, close to the lake and supermarket. Family friendly for all ages because of the big lounge and bunk beds, games are for 6-8 and no fire guard for young ones but we managed! Thanks for a lovely easy stay for our two families (3 adults, 5 kids 0-5years)"
