"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "Fantastic staff -- Silvio and Marcus, along with several others at the front desk were amazingly helpful. Nice spacious and clean room, with nice design details. The hotel is a short walk to the historical center (3-5 minutes) and a short walk and one-stop metro ride to the train and bus station. Great breakfast and amazing bread! I would stay here again if I visit Catania in the future. Highly recommend. Seyda "
