We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. We had to book another place in the few days running up to our visit as it turned out that the location of this property had been wrongly advertised and the actual location was over 30 minute drive from where we were meant to be staying. We had already paid for this and the communication between the website and ourselves has been poor. We are still waiting for a full refund. "Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"
