"This property is exactly as advertised. We had to book super short notice and the host was amazing about working with us. The cabin is very quaint and cozy. Perfect for a couple (any more would be a crowd for it). We got use out of the fire pit and loved our stay here. The proximity to the park entrance helped make our trip so convenient."

The River House: A quiet getaway with Stunning Mountain views.

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful time! Really close to the Nisqually entrance, had everything we needed to cook as well as bonus extras we weren’t expecting (shampoo, conditioner, body wash for example), etc. Decor was nice and the bed was very comfy. (It was just the two of us adults so we only tried out the main bedroom.) They even had a lighter for the fire (but always bring your own just in case it runs out as these might not be guaranteed items.) Really enjoyed the privacy as well. Fabulous hot tub, loved listening the river and the birds. From certain angles you can tip of Mount Rainier and during clear skies even see the Milky Way. They don’t have a ton of rules like some rental types do but please respect the property and obey them so many can return for years to come. (I noticed the previous renters didn’t separate recycling from trash in the bins outside.) Really hope to be able to return. Top 5 places we’ve had the pleasure to stay in. (And we’ve traveled extensively for 30+ years.) ❤️"

Hot Tub, King Bed, EV Charger 5 MI to Mt Rainier

8/10 Good
"The cabin was in a good location and clean. The amenities are basic, but fine for a short stay. Just be mindful that the host sends an additional check in process the day before your reservation starts with requests to sign additional waivers and get a copy of your drivers license before you are provided your check in information. Not that it was a problem, but would rather have been made aware of that up front - not the day before when my reservation is contingent upon signing it and providing a copy of my license. Having to get the check in instructions through an additional app was also a little bit of a hassle since there is not good cell service around the cabin, so make sure you download a copy of them in advance."
