We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. "This was by far the biggest disappointment of our entire trip to Switzerland. If you are traveling from the United States, especially with children who are used to air conditioning, do not stay in these apartments during the summer. There is no air conditioning, and the only solution offered was an old fan. We barely slept because the apartment became unbearably hot at night. When we arrived, there was not a single towel in the apartment. We had to pay extra just to receive towels. Charging...
