"The main cafeteria room was not available to go eat in during restaurant operation, there was not really anywhere to eat or heat our lunch (maybe it is only because we took the "cell" room but nonetheless...). The room itself lacks a couple of things, first is shower and toilet privacy with semi translucide walls, the steps to get on top of bunk beds are so small that it hurts your feet, the window is too high for a normal person to be able to access it and open or close it... Good idea but implementation is to be revisited..."

The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone.
