"No was at the front desk I waited for over 20 minutes no one ever got there , had to go look for a cleaning lady to help me at the front desk she made my key and when I tried to open the door it wouldn’t open I had to go find her and she opened my door with her key and took my key , I told her I have to leave so I will need a key , she said when I get back the clerk should be there and I can get a key when I get back , I was very upset and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , the pool was...

"Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. "

"We had a great stay at the Conway Courtyard. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. This is a new property and everything was in excellent condition and pristine. We had a suite and it was huge! Very close to restaurants and shopping and about a 7 minute drive to UCA campus. Highly recommended and will stay here again!
