"No air conditioning as they promised. No hot water kettle in the rooms to make coffee or tea. No napkins. For hair wash body wash and hand wash just one thing. Staff was so unhappy to help. Very basic rooms for a 3 star. It should be 1 star or less."

The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. "Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets.
