Ladera Resort - Adults Only

"Our stay at Ladera was truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely immersed in the beauty of St. Lucia. The views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea are simply breathtaking—something pictures can never fully capture. We chose Ladera to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and it could not have been a more perfect place for such a meaningful milestone. There is something incredibly peaceful and romantic about waking up surrounded by nature, enjoying the incredible views, and watching the most beautiful sunsets together. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, always making us feel special. The atmosphere is intimate, peaceful, and luxurious without feeling overly formal. Every detail seemed designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and appreciate where you are. Most importantly, Ladera gave us memories we will carry with us forever. ❤️ Celebrating 25 years of marriage in one of the most romantic places on earth was truly a blessing. Thank you, Ladera, for being part of such a beautiful chapter in our lives. We will never forget our time in St. Lucia and hope to return one day. 🇱🇨❤️ ✨ Absolutely magical. Highly recommended! ✨"
Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa

"The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Complementary filtered water, coffee and tea were plentiful. Ms Tessa who was assigned to our room did a great job and responded quickly to our requests. (Ms Tessa - thank you for not removing our personal pillow slips - as was done at other resorts). The beach was always clean and we had a wonderful time there taking numerous family pictures. The guard saw we were having a good time and even left the gate open for us for a few extra minutes. All the staff we encountered -in the dining room, at the front desk and all around the grounds were always courteous, always greeted us and inquired as to how our day was going and if we needed any extra assistance. We even had one of the waitresses in the dining room ask us to critique and give her tips on on customer service skills. A few suggestions for improvement: 1. Front desk registration - most of the information could be collected upfront - I had many emails before my arrival and that registration data could have been collected there. 2. Rooms - (a)my room had no bath towel racks or hooks, (b) for 2 adults we were only given one wash cloth - even when the rooms were refreshed it was still only one wash cloth (c) there was no shower curtain or door so every shower resulted in a wet floor. 3. The cocktails that I sampled were really "light" on the alcohol. This did not deflect from us having a WONDERFUL vacation and we would not hesitate to return."

"The staff were friendly and very attentive. If you need anything for your room just pick up the phone and ask and it will be delivered promptly. The pool bars close at 6pm and the water is warm. Food truck is a great alternative for lunch and they have daily specials but the jerk chicken was my favorite. Booking with Expedia gives you extra benefits like breakfast at Grazie. I highly recommend getting a swim out room as that was the highlight of our stay. And lastly, keep the fan on in your room so the mosquitos leave you alone!"

"The hotel staff were very nice. Anytime we needed anything they were very helpful even called our room so we could enjoy the show they have on Saturday evenings. Only disappointment was the pool with the swim up bar being renovated. Other than that I highly recommend staying here."
Bel Jou Hotel – Adults Only – All Inclusive

"This was our first time out of the country so I don’t have anything to compare to. With that being said to us it was amazing! The staff was the best part they were so friendly and eager to help and explain everything to us even if we asked multiple times! The view wasn’t listed as a sunset view but we saw the sunset and even experienced the famous “green flash” from our room. Our tour guides did say Bel jou was cheapest all inclusive resort option on the island but it is a known thing that the staff is wonderful there in comparison to the other resorts. So if you’re looking for a really fancy room and amenities I know some of the others have beach front rooms but if your main goal is to eat and sleep at the hotel and experience the island I’d say this is the perfect place."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely adults-only hotel! Everything was clean and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, and the beach was just a two-minute walk away. The dining area was bright, airy, and inviting, with a great variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including dessert. The pool bar and indoor bar were both convenient, and we really enjoyed the afternoon coffee and tea service with freshly made pastries and tea sandwiches—a wonderful touch! A special thank-you to the General Manager, who personally checked in with us each evening to make sure everything was going well. That extra attention made us feel very well cared for. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi, which meant the TV wasn’t really usable. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!"
