"Tracy at the front desk was so friendly and hospitable I felt right at home! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and clean. All the staff I encountered from the maintenance person to the breakfast staff were amazing. I highly recommend it!"

"I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available. The handicap shower would have been excellent except for the fact that water bounced off the shower floor onto the bathroom floor. We had to use almost every towel to try to keep...

"During check in we saw a mouse run across the eating area. Our dead bolt on our door didn’t work. And the sink did not drain. Definitely more like a 1.5 star location. Price was good though."
