"I had never heard of Newton, I was in town to visit Hickory. What a sweet surprise. Not only is this home clean, comfortable, and beautiful, but the town is in a revitalization upswing. From the rocking chair front porch, you are only about 1.5 miles from incredible Peruvian food, awesome art galleries, and shops. The Newton Greenway was a great place to take a great walk in nature. "Very clean, good parking, well stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, cookware). Tastefully decorated, comfortable, relaxing environment. The blinds on the windows are attractive, but they don't block out the neighborhood lights. Curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition, otherwise I recommend a sleep mask. The welcome muffins were delicious! All of the instructions were posted and straightforward. All in all a very nice place to stay."
