"The room was great, really cozy and e perching you need. Tv had all the streaming services. Netflix, YouTube, prime etc stunning view over the much and down to scheihallion covered in snow. Only issue was the check in time which st 4pm is pretty late, I spoke to the lady in the next lodge to us who said they let her check in at 2. So we spent 2 hours up at the main hotel waiting. "Hotel was very clean and the lady on reception was very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel is like a motel-type place. It's very expensive for what it is. But I guess you're paying for the location and peak summer season. It was very quiet at night. You could hear people talking in rooms next door and we thought that might be a problem at night but everyone was quiet at night (most people seemed to be staying for a rest stop on the West Highland Way so they (and us) were early risers). Parking is great - right next to the lodges. The bathroom was very 80s in decor but was clean and smelled nice. There was no hairdryer in the room (which was annoying because I purposely left mine at home because it specifically said hairdryers in the rooms) - you could ask at reception to borrow one but I didn't because that seemed like a faff. So I had to go out with wet hair both mornings."

"Had a wonderful 2 night break at the Comrie Hotel. Everything was excellent. Our host was so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable about the area and we felt nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a form to choose the evening before, but l had changed my mind in the morning and it was no problem at all. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Comrie is a lovely friendly place and excellent base from which to tour around the beautiful area. Would highly recommend."
