"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."

"Hice reservación y no me la respetaron. Argumentaron que ya estaba ocupada. Me ofrecieron otro lugar que estaba más lejos, y por si fuera poco me cobraron más caro que si lo hubiera hecho directo.
Totalmente pésimo. Nunca elijan esta opción.
Además pagué un seguro de viajero, que tampoco sirvió de nada.
Es una forma de robar disfrazada de hospedaje."
