"Our room was clean, well-stocked and warm when we checked in (mid-winter). Check-in was easy and the staff spoke clear English and was very friendly and courteous. The view out our window was AWESOME!! There was plenty of easy-access parking, even for larger vehicles. We will definitely stay here when back in Jackson."
