"This was my second stay at the Chesa Valese and I was equally impressed both times with the hospitality from the staff who were helpful and super courteous. Breakfast was awesome every day and the spa area with the sauna and steam room were enjoyed daily! Thanks again and see you next time. "

"Prefect hotel to stay! Is close to the stations especially we had a heavy snow period and easy to reach with luggage even we come from the station it just opposite!! Staff really friendly and nice ! Also with Sauna room is bonus!! The balcony is also enhancing the stays! Good view!! The only con is if someone neighbors talk in balcony is loud to hear unfortunately But overall we love it"

"The Butterfly is a great place to stay. Conveniently located to the Zermatt Train station and the Gornergrate Railway as well. The staff are very attentive and informative about things to do in Zermatt. The Lounge is a fun place to hang out with live music which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend this property if you are heading to Zermatt. "

"Very clean facilities, very friendly staff, late arrival for check in was no problem, luggage storage was very convenient. The location was immediately opposite to the train station and exceptionally quiet. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend for solo female travellers."
