"A must stay in Thousand Oaks! Pictures don’t give the views justice. Amazing views of the mountains, perfect size for families and easy access to freeways and local grocery and food options. Would 1000% recommend and stay again next time in southern cal."

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"Great stay at a great location and neighborhood was amazing as well."

"Wonderful place. Very clean would definitely recommend "

"We were there to attend a wedding at the Hartley Botanica. Chose this place because it was so close to the venue. This was a great stay. It was much nicer than the photos. Our family enjoyed the extra space compared to staying at a hotel. Space was clean, well furnished. Amanda was amazing, made efforts to accommodate us. We even got a tour of their goats and dogs. This space made our overall weekend even more memorable."

"Edan was a great host. Helpful and friendly. Very cozy nice place. The stairs were a little steep and unexpected, but everything else was great."

"Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. Mornings are delightful. So much to enjoy! Thanks Marvin!"
