Goofy weather (spring in Texas) kept the fish away but the kayaks definitely made up for it. Nice and quiet, but not secluded, so hopping over to Jefferson or the refuge was a short, easy drive.One big bed and a pullout couch was perfect for the three of us, and as others have noted, the huge screened in porch was fantastic.
