"This was my second stay at the Royal hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy, shared bathroom is spotless, there is a kitchen for all the people staying, always plenty of coffee, tea and milk supplied and plenty of plates cups and cutlery complete with a microwave oven. Down stairs is complete with great food, plenty of areas to sit down relax while you enjoy a brew or two as I did. "The apartment are fine other than it doesn't matter how many people you book for your only getting beds for 4. The room was clean and the manager removed the dead pidgeon from the balcony so we could use it again."

"Property location good , i was on 17th floor and the widow latches were broken on a couple of windows and therefor could not be sealed properly and hence allowed the freeway noise to enter the apartment , my only complaint . Apart from that it was good value , a bit more decoration would improve the premises also."
