"Great location, modern rooms, clean. If staying with teenage kids or someone that's not your partner the bathroom design is open with glass doors. The rooftop restaurant had great views although regardless if you are staying at Avani or not Friday and Saturday nights were absolutely full of young ones and couldn't find a spot for a drink , there is another option ground level although was empty on the 3 weeks we stayed."

"Loved the location! Right across from the beach, our condo had a balcony with an ocean view. The views were amazing. Really big suites, nice kitchen amenities and living room. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Underground parking was included in the price, no extra charges. It was a great stay and would stay again. The location was perfect to explore the sunshine coast."

"This was a quick stopover for us to get from one place to close to our next destination. Unfortunately with our timing we arrived after dark and didn't get to enjoy the views out back, but it from the pics it looked like a cute marina. It was great having a bar and restaurant out the back, and the food was delicious (staff was also wonderful). Parking was easy and close."
