The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, the grounds are beautiful and the staff always goes out of their way to be courteous and helpful. "Hotel was very clean. Rooms are nice, breakfast was great. But the indoor pool is FREEZING!! The water is super cold and the room where the pool is isn't even warm! Its room temperature! Which the front desk staff told me herself. Thats crazy! An indoor pool area should be warm and toasty unless the pool is heated which it so was not. So my 9 year old daughter could not enjoy the pool because she was shivering way too much and had to get out."
