"The breakfast buffet was top notch daily, great selection, well stocked and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. The rooms are in need of a refresh- worn carpet, stained toilet and tub. Cleaning did a good job daily with what they had to work with."
