"Incredibly friendly staff and a great location in a fun town. Despite being located above a pub, the sound insulation must have been excellent because it was perfectly quiet in the evening and night. The rooms felt a little dated but were entirely clean and the bed was comfortable. Probably unfair to rate it a 4/5 when the price was so very reasonable. A 5 would only have been possible at something perhaps twice as pricey per night. Would gladly stay here again."

"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The decor is a little tired in places in the room but we still had a great stay. The bed is very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast offered a great choice of cooked to order and continental. "

"The hotel is beautiful and modern with comfortable beds and nice rooms. The rooms do run a bit warm but the windows do crack open. Nice central location. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast though"

"The room iteslf was clean, as was the bathroom. However there was hair & other small debris in the drawers in the room. A small fridge would have been helpful as the room was hot. Breakfast was good, we’d no other meals there. We paid for a late checkout yet our key cards stopped working 30 mins before checkout, which meant I was locked out at street level, my key card no longer operated the lift so had to climb 7 floors back to my room. I also do not like that the hotel does not accept cash. All in all good value and breakfast and clean enough."
