Holiday Home in Montone with Pool & Terrace

Perfect for a couple on a romantic expedition, this is a 1-bedroom holiday home in Montone, between the sloping green hills. Staying here, you can dip in the swimming pool on a hot summer day and go for lazy walks after dinners.

Montone is a charming old Italian village. At 1.5 km from the holiday home, you have supermarkets and restaurants for daily needs. If you fancy a pleasant day by the water, you are only 30 km away from Lake Trasimeno. For excursions, the medieval cities of Gubbio and Perugia are about 40 km. Gubbio has numerous palazzi to watch out and Perugia is famous for its art among other things.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Belvilla by OYO Gherardi Lavanda wirklich genossen, Der Pool war an heißen Tagen ein Lebensretter, und ich liebte es, auf der privaten Terrasse mit meinem Morgenkaffee zu entspannen, Montone ist so ein niedliches kleines Dorf, und es war schön, in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants zu sein, Alles war sauber und bequem, genau das, was wir für eine entspannende Reise brauchten, Ich würde es definitiv Paaren empfehlen, die nach einem friedlichen Rückzugsort suchen!

Die Unterkunft war authentisch, aber die Bilder wurden nicht aus einer realen Perspektive aufgenommen, so dass es tatsächlich wenig Aussicht gab und sich der Pool auf einem ganz anderen Teil des Geländes befand. Aber es gab viel Platz zum Sitzen in Sonne oder Schatten. Im weiteren Sinne auch eine wunderschöne Landschaft.

Sehr schöne Zeit in Montone. Das Haus war einfach eingerichtet. Aber mehr als genug Inventar in der Küche. Und das Bett war in Ordnung. Was für ein netter und süßer Besitzer. Was wir brauchten, war, Tisch draußen, Sonnenschirm. Der Pool war nicht ganz fertig, aber nach ein paar Tagen waren wir dort, es war komplett gefüllt und das Segel ging aus. Ein schöner großer Pool. Die Besitzerin Angela sprach kein Englisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns noch mit ihr unterhalten. In den zwei Wochen, die wir dort waren, hatten wir Salat, Zucchini aus unserem eigenen Garten und Eier und eine Flasche Wein von ihr. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Als wir gingen, wurden wir von Angela verabschiedet. Wir haben auf Wiedersehen GenomeMontone 20 Minuten zu Fuß ein sehr schönes Dorf mit Terrassen Restaurants und ein paar Geschäfte.

Wir haben wirklich unseren Urlaub in Umbrien genossen. Die Unterkunft war großartig. Schöne, restaurierte italienische Bauernhaus, das sechs Wohnungen erhalten wurden. Die Wohnungen sind einfach eingerichtet. Weil das Wetter das Leben stattfindet, vor allem draußen, haben wir dies als einen Fehler nicht erlebt. Die Spitze würde Ich mag der Besitzer ist für mehr Stauraum (in der Küche) und ein Brett hier und dort (in Wäscheschrank und Bad) für einige Sachen verantwortlich geben, zu verlieren. Wir fanden auch sehr angenehm, dass die Unterkunft wöchentliche Reinigung Bettwäsche (für Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad). Der Gemeinschaftsgarten ist sehr gepflegt und groß genug, und der Pool ist geweldig.Wat die Erreichbarkeit der Immobilie. Ich glaube nicht, das Eigentum für Menschen mit schweren Behinderungen geeignet ist. Das Haus ist mit dem Rollstuhl zugänglich und die Dusche hat einen Sitz, aber es sagte, es auch. Darüber hinaus hat die Website rund um den Hof viel Gras und Schotterwege (oder harte Oberfläche, aber mit Steinen). Darüber hinaus geneigt ist das Gelände. Für Aktivrollstuhl mit Kraft Oberkörper in Ordnung, aber für diejenigen, die mehr bedürftig sind, glaube ich weniger geschikt.Umbrie eine schöne Landschaft mit vielen attraktiven mittelalterlichen Städte hat (Selbst Montone, Gubbio, Assisi, Spello, Perugia etc. etc.). Die Menschen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und der (Massen-) Tourismus ist schwer zu finden. Alles in allem, die Ruhe und Authentizität hoch für diejenigen zu empfehlen.

La proprietà era accogliente e ben attrezzata, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole, Abbiamo apprezzato avere la nostra terrazza per gustare il nostro caffè del mattino, Anche se i servizi nelle vicinanze erano un po' lontani, abbiamo trovato alcuni ristoranti e negozi locali deliziosi a Montone, La zona è ottima per esplorare i borghi medievali di Gubbio e Perugia, che sono a breve distanza
