"Ce qui nous a déplu: l’écho des clients dans les corridors, leur circulation bruyante dans les couloirs dans la soirée, la nuit et le matin, à leurs entrées et sorties des chambres, les tapis des escaliers et des couloirs étaient tachés. Le strict minimum dans les chambres, pas de verre à eau. Pas de fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur dans notre chambre. La thermopompe bruyante et la température lumineuse de l’appareil qui a éclairé la chambre toute la nuit."

"My husband and I had a five night stay at the Capitol and had a Citadine King room with a balcony and a view of the river and the old city. The front desk staff were delightful, with a smile on their face every time we saw them and attended to all our needs. We had a problem with the AC and it was taken care of. Israel and Lois at the Concierge desk arranged a private tour for us which was exceptional. We had dinner at the Il Teatro twice and the food was delicious! The hotel is well maintained and the staff makes your stay memorable."
