"My daughter was competing at the HITS Horse Show, just 10 minutes away, so Deborah’s home was the perfect place for our three-night stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. Deborah went above and beyond by leaving snacks, bottled water, and a few essentials in the refrigerator, which made us feel right at home. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and such a nice place to relax after a long day at the show. Deborah truly deserves a five-star rating—she was the ultimate hostess with the mostest! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her home to anyone visiting the area."

"This was our second time at the sexy Washburn cabin and we love it. You have a sense of being secluded in a forest somewhere with your own little private compound while actually being near civilization. The best of both worlds. It's quaint, romantic and quiet. The decor is funky and playful. There's enough room inside to be comfortable and cool in the summer, and plenty of room outside to lounge and relax. It's a step up from glamping, and so much better than a boring roadside hotel.Our host, Alexandra, has been extremely accommodating, and always quick to respond to communication. It's become our first choice for Saugerties/Woodstock/Kingston area."

"The train does get kinda loud several times per day, but the property is a dream! We were attending the horse show in Saugerties, and the whole family joined in. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, gadgets, etc."

"We could not have had a better time in the area and the house was a great place to stay and relax after our activities. It was so well maintained and beautifully outfitted in both decor and supplies.The host was pleasant and easy to communicate with when necessary. "I highly recommend this property! We visited for the stateside festival during the heat wave. When we arrived, the air conditioning units were already on and walking into the cool house was wonderful and greatly appreciated! The house was spacious and very clean. Tons of amenities including full size Dove products in the bathroom with a great selection. Plenty of large soft bath towels. The bed sheets were very soft. We forgot bug spray for the festival but there was a full bottle on the countertop along with sunscreen. So thoughtful! Quiet residential area. Easy check in with code. Overall excellent stay! Would definitely stay again!"
