"Why 1 star? 1) room door security latch broken, secure door into building broken and wouldn't close, 2) worn out furniture 3) weird hollow metal box bedframe that echoed if accidentally touched getting out of bed, 4) high pitched whining refrigerator disturbed sleep, 5) loud humming AC/heat unit disturbed sleep. "Only stayed two nights very clean rooms quiet at hotel very happy with the stay."
